Mechanical Improvement Graduate Trainee

We are inviting young talented graduates to join us for our paid Graduate Trainee program, Go EARLY. In this program, you will get an opportunity to dive deep into real-world projects where you are part of business impact, to be exposed in a global organization and learn about Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry, also to be mentored by GCPI leaders where you will learn both professional and leadership skills.

This position will be contribute to our team by assist analyze and reduce waste loss project.

  • Minimum Qualifications: Final semester / Undergraduate from S1 majoring in mechanical engineering
  • Strong interest in Thermodynamics, Auto CAD, Solid Works, and Budgeting
  • High learning agility and initiative.
  • Good analytical skills, communication skills, and collaboration skills.
  • High proficiency in English, both written and verbally.
  • Committed to do 3 months internship with 5 working days/week.
