Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.

Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

Mentor a team of Sales Detailers, fostering their skills and monitoring their performance to surmount sales targets.
Build impactful training programmes that sharpen your team's expertise and amplify sales detailing effectiveness.
Craft a collaborative culture through regular team meetings, ensuring clear priorities and shared successes.
Strategically analyse sales data to pinpoint opportunities, refine tactics, and drive informed decisions.
Participate actively in recruitment, moulding the sales detailing team's future by attracting and nurturing new talent.
Amalgamate detailing strategy with broader sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring cohesive brand representation.
