The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Director(s). This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
Organize meetings and appointments

Arrange travel booking, prepare itineraries, compiles travel records

Make necessary reports, meeting notes, correspondence and documentations for Director(s)

Prepare agenda and reminders for Director(s)

Handling personal tasks of Director(s)

Carry out others related task based on the instructions from Director(s)

Arrive before the Director(s) and leave after the Director(s) (usually 12 hours)

Requirements:
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree with min GPA 3.0

Ability to operate Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Powerpoint

At least 5 years working experience in Secretarial Work

High confidentiality and integrity

Ability to make necessary reports, correspondence and documentations

Good communication skills, adaptable and fast-learner

Hardworking, disciplined, honest

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Good analytical and problem solving skills

Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines

Able to work until late
