We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a New Business Development professional. This position offers entrepreneurial opportunities where you can build your own business with unlimited commission potential while helping clients secure their financial future.
Responsibilities
  • Network Development and Client Acquisition: Proactively seek out and build networks to generate new leads and expand the client base through various channels, including social media, referrals, and community events.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' insurance needs, financial goals, and risk profiles, ensuring that you understand their unique circumstances.
  • Client Education: Educate clients on a wide range of insurance products and services, including their benefits, features, and how they align with the clients' personal and financial goals.
  • Solution Customization: Tailor insurance and financial solutions to meet specific client goals and budget needs, providing relevant and impactful recommendations for health, life, critical illness insurance, and retirement planning.
  • Client Support: Maintain ongoing communication with clients to provide support, address concerns, and offer additional services as their needs evolve over time.
  • Industry Updates: Stay informed about the latest industry trends, regulations, and product developments to offer clients the most accurate and up-to-date advice.
  • Target Achievement: Set and achieve sales targets and performance metrics to drive success and growth in your role, capitalizing on opportunities to expand your client base.

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in marketing or financial services, with a strong interest in the insurance sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain effective client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build and grow your own client portfolio.
  • Relevant certifications or the willingness to obtain them to sell specific insurance products if required.
