MTM Bali is the leading Cable TV and Internet Service Provider in Bali, and we are looking for Online Sales Representative to join our sales and marketing team. The team focuses on building relationships and educating prospective and existing clients on MTM Bali's products. Ideal candidates will have to execute multiple marketing strategies coupled with a willingness to roll up their sleeves. This position is full-time and located in our Kuta office.
Online Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via Whats App, e-mail, and social media promptly and professionally.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers online.

• Update customer database with contact details and interest information from prospective customers.

• Communicate customer inquiries to cross-functional teams across the company.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• The candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• 1+ years of working experience in the related field, preferably in the ISP or hospitality industry.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Have relationships on social media and marketplace
• Ability to operating Ms. Office
• Ability to Work in Shift, multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively and Goal oriented
