1. Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and sales growth for GWM Indonesia.2. Lead the media agency team, providing guidance, strategy, execution direction (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, SEM, SEO)
3. Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, including website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI to provide actionable insights to management and regional team.
4. Manage the performance marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and maximizing ROI.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize user onboarding, conversion funnels, and user journey
6. Handle and optimize activation channels including push notifications, email marketing, and Whats App marketing to enhance user engagement and conversion.
7. Set and achieve targets for number of registrations and leads, ensuring strategies align with company growth objectives.
8. Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic to our digital assets.
9. Managing GWM Indonesia website development to have better flow & visibility
