Responsibilities will encompass:

• Online Research for Products
• Managing Online Retail Shops Such as Tokopedia
• Photopgrahy Product Shooting
• Coordinating meetings and schedules
• Drafting and organizing emails
• Recommending meeting venues and arranging travel logistics
• Overseeing tasks for directors
• Assisting in arranging personal schedules for the family
• Supervising household staff
• Ensuring efficient coordination of household responsibilities

Pre-requisites for the candidate include:

• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa
• Confident and outgoing demeanor
• Well-groomed and organized
• Completion of a degree in any field
• Some prior work experience, with a background as front office staff in hotels considered advantageous
• Goal-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in IT software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Sound knowledge of Indonesia, especially Tangerang BSD
• Trustworthiness and honesty - crucial qualities for this role
• Ability to commit long-term - a minimum of 2 years
