About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Personal and Executive Assistant to support a busy entrepreneur involved in property development, music, and business management. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and is passionate about personal growth, business development, and creative endeavors.
Essential Skills and Qualities:
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Event Organization Skills: Proven experience in organizing events, preferably in the music or entertainment industry.
  • Content Creation: Ability to shoot and edit simple reels and photos for social media, with a good understanding of social media trends, especially Instagram.
  • Social Media Savvy: Knowledge of creating engaging, tonally relevant content that aligns with your music brand.
  • Administrative Skills: Effective in scheduling, running errands, and managing day-to-day tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Manage daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Project Management: Oversee timelines and deliverables for ongoing projects, such as the completion of apartments in Canggu and the sale of off-plan villas in Lombok. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Sales and Marketing Support: Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote property sales, including managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and organizing promotional events.
  • Personal Branding: Help cultivate and manage a strong personal brand image, including overseeing social media profiles, coordinating photoshoots, and supporting efforts to increase public visibility and online presence.
  • Music Management: Assist with the planning and coordination of music events, tours, and content creation. Support efforts to grow a music following, including social media engagement, event logistics, and promotional activities.
  • Personal Assistance: Manage personal tasks, such as coordinating with fitness and wellness professionals, scheduling personal appointments, and handling errands to ensure optimal work-life balance.
  • Property Development Support: Provide administrative and logistical support for ongoing and future property development projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to and communication with partners and stakeholders is smooth.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with property management, marketing, or project management is a plus.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Interest in music, personal branding, or wellness is an advantage.

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Uluwatu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
  • SMA/SMU/SMK (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Personal Assistant: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
  • English (Required)
