We own and manage several holiday rental properties in Bali and Lombok under PT. Alexis Lane Productions and PT. Bring You Home, while also managing the music career of Jackson Mullane. We’re seeking an Executive Assistant who can help coordinate our operations and bring creativity and energy to our team.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an Executive Assistant who is organized, proactive, and possesses a unique blend of skills in event management, social media marketing, and content creation. This role will involve supporting various aspects of our business, including organizing live music shows, managing social media accounts, and assisting with property marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Event Management:
- Coordinate and organize live music shows, including venue booking, logistics management, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with sound and lighting technicians, performers, and vendors to ensure successful events.
- Manage timelines and budgets for events, ensuring all details are executed efficiently.
- Social Media Management:
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Linked In) for our music and property businesses.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and visibility.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to optimize content and strategies.
- Content Creation:
- Assist in the creation of promotional materials, including videos, graphics, and photos for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with our team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas for content that aligns with our brand and business objectives.
- Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
- Handle email correspondence, document management, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Coordinate communication with external partners, clients, and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in event management, social media marketing, or digital content creation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in using social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinker with a passion for the music and property industries.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Experience working in the music, entertainment, or property sectors.
- Familiarity with the Bali or Lombok markets, particularly in events and property development.
- Basic understanding of video editing, graphic design, or photography.

- S1 (Preferred)
- event organisation: 1 year (Preferred)
