Job Title: Content Creator and Social Media Manager

About Us: We are looking for a passionate and creative Content Creator and Social Media Manager to manage and elevate the personal brand of an artist and entrepreneur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that enhance social media presence, increase engagement, and build an international fanbase. This role will focus on showcasing the artist’s music career and lifestyle through engaging content across platforms like Instagram, You Tube, and Tik Tok.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that enhance social media presence, increase engagement, and build an international fanbase. This role will focus on showcasing the artist’s music career and lifestyle through engaging content across platforms like Instagram, You Tube, and Tik Tok.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality content (photos, videos, reels) that align with the artist's personal brand.
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments of the music-making process, rehearsals, shows, and daily lifestyle.
- Develop creative ideas and campaigns that engage the audience, showcase the artist’s journey, and build a strong connection with fans.
- Manage all aspects of video production, from filming to editing, to create dynamic and engaging videos for social media.
- Ensure consistency of style and branding across all content.
- Social Media Management:
- Develop a social media content calendar to ensure regular posting across platforms, focusing on Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube.
- Manage day-to-day posting, engagement, and community interactions to grow and maintain an active follower base.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to create viral, shareable content.
- Analyze engagement metrics and make data-driven adjustments to optimize performance and growth.
- Brand Strategy:
- Work closely with the artist to define and refine the personal brand’s voice, visual style, and messaging.
- Collaborate with the artist to create content that showcases key aspects of their lifestyle, music, and creative process.
- Assist in planning and promoting collaborations, events, and live shows.
- Develop strategies for increasing international reach and visibility, particularly in the music and lifestyle space.
- Creative Direction:
- Plan and direct photo and video shoots that align with the brand's vision and objectives.
- Source and coordinate with photographers, videographers, and other creative professionals as needed.
- Proven experience in content creation, photography, and videography.
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Experience managing social media accounts (Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube) and growing follower engagement.
- Strong understanding of branding and how to develop a consistent visual and messaging style.
- Ability to generate creative ideas and execute them independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing trends.
- Experience working with music artists, lifestyle brands, or influencers.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Buffer, Later, or Canva.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and content optimization techniques.
