Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional executive support to Director and other business leaders when required
• Coordinate complex schedule management of the Director’s priorities and commitments
• Priorities work, continuously monitor workflow and meet tight deadlines
• Deliver high quality office management and administrative support services
• Prepare reports and documents related to work as requested
• Implement travel plans and coordinate bookings/itineraries for the Director

Qualifications:

• Has experience 1 year as Personal Assistant or related positions
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
