- Fluent in English
- Able to use Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Well organized, good communication, attention to detail, teamwork & good team player, service excellent focus.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Flexible availability to respond to requests outside of standard office hours, when necessary.
- Good appearance and good personality
