- Bachelor degree of International Relations, Political Science, Defence and Strategic Studies, or related field
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal communication skills)
- Solid understanding of defence and security trends in Indonesia, including but not limited to the industry and cooperation
- In-depth knowledge on policies and decision making process related to the defence sector in Indonesia
- Critical thinking skill to provide analyses on emerging issues in Indonesia with both micro and macro perspectives
- Understanding and interests in one or several issues (politics, economy and business, security, defence, aerospace)
- High agility and adaptability in a fast-paced working environment, dynamic teams.
- A strong understanding of research ethics and the responsibility to conduct research with integrity.
- High level of attention to detail, especially in data handling and report writing
- Knowledge and skills in working with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure
- Participate in daily and weekly deliverable on specific issues
- Participate in reports and provide analysis/insights on specific issues (economy and business, security, defence, aerospace)
- Participate in research projects
- Provide analysis and key takeaways on current issues for our clients
- Remote working
