Responsibilities

• Accountable to ensure smooth transition of Business Processes from SAP ECC to SAP S/4 HANA.
  
• Conduct formal reviews at completion of SAP transition and consolidate progress of each process with Super Users.
  
• Conduct problem solving related to process design and execution for transition to SAP S/4 HANA.
  
• Manage system unit testing and consolidate issues log to communicate with SAP Global Project Lead.
  
• Deploy PPG Operational Excellence (OPEX) requirements and lead improvement projects on Lean Six Sigma.
  
• Create process mapping, value stream mapping, identifying inefficiencies in productivity with a focus on layouts and sequencing. Collect important data and convert them to make improvements.
  
• Work towards Yield and Productivity improvements, also for AMU loses & SSPL reduction.
  
• Undertake training for multi skill development of Shop Floor Operator.
  
• Troubleshoot problems associated with manufacturing processes. Work with Production to improve product quality.
  
• Evaluating processes and equipment to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
  
• Maintain good performance of manufacturing site-based on PPG OPEX requirements and Lean Six Sigma implementation.
  
• Able to analyze process system and implement changes to boost production and eliminate non value added activities.
  

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
2. Work experience in Manufacturing process and Lean Six Sigma implementation.
3. Demonstrating good competency in SAP usage.
4. Preferable with min 3 years working experience.
5. Analytical, organized and able to work under pressure.
6. Good work planning, commits to deadlines and attention towards details.
7. Strong communication skills with proficiency in verbal & written English
