Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the UI/UX Designer under one product vertical to ensure the program's monitoring and delivery are properly managed.
  
• Partner closely with cross-functional members to define and evaluate user needs, opportunity space, and product requirements.
  
• Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems.
  
• Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design to enhance user experience.
  
• Producing and delivering detailed and compelling design proposals with high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
  
• Ensure product excellence throughout the product development and implementation process.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience within UI, UX, applied research setting, and/or product research and development. Preferably in fintech, B2B, or related industry.
  
• Experience in leading teams and working with early-stage efforts, dealing with ambiguity, and driving projects forward.
  
• Experience in visual design (UI design, working with/extending a Design System, visualizations).
  
• Strong collaboration skills with other Product Designers, Product Managers, Engineering, and Customer Support.
  
• Excellent strategic and critical thinking mindset.
  
• Knowledge of design and innovation processes.
  

Working arrangement: Hybrid.
