Project Design Specialist - Bali (Real Estate/Construction)

Job Title: Project & Design Specialist - Bali
Job Type: Full Time
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Bali
Reports To: Head of Project & Design
Responsibilities

Consulting about budget construction and assisting in the search for contractor vendors
Provide direction to the construction team, and distribute tasks to each sub-contractor
Perform supervision, decision-making, and field coordination between Cove and sub-contractors
Preparation of weekly reports regarding property construction progress, budget, and constraints on site
Revise designs related to adjustments to design constraints on site

Requirements:

At least 1-2 years of experience in the same field
Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy
Good basic knowledge in low-rise / middle-rise building operational work flow & system
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to demonstrates a high level of teamwork
Able to manage and prioritize time and be committed to meeting deadlines for assigned tasks and deliverables
Willing to work on weekends if required
