Job Title: HR Associate Bali
Job Type: Full Time
Start Date: ASAP
Reports To: Regional HR Lead

Role Purpose:
Your main focus will be to manage all end-to-end HR processes for our Bali office

Responsibilities:

Oversee office operations, including rent payments, utility bills (electricity, internet), and office supplies.
Coordinate with Jakarta HR team to align on all HR processes
Manage recruitment process of Bali team requirement
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely payments and service delivery.
Manage office maintenance and repairs.

Support HR initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Management
2 years of experience in as HR Generalist in a high-pace environment
Fresh graduates who are highly organized and have excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
