Job Description
- Conduct in-depth organizational design analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies to enhance structure and workflow.
- Manage manpower fulfillment by forecasting talent needs, developing recruitment plans, and overseeing the hiring process to attract top candidates.
- Design and implement comprehensive employee development programs tailored to individual needs and aligned with overall business goals.
- Recommend and implement employee competency review and assessment activities to identify skill gaps and measure the effectiveness of development programs.
- Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and ensure development programs address specific departmental requirements.
- Track and analyze employee development data to measure progress and continuously refine programs for maximum impact.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices in human capital development and implement innovative strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a Human Capital Development or related role.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing effective employee development programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and address organizational design challenges.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in HR software and data analysis tools.
