- Purchasing Process: Ensure that the purchasing process is carried out efficiently by comparing prices and monitoring item arrival and fulfillment issues, ensuring the best specifications and prices.
- Communication and Evaluation: Communicate effectively and responsively with vendors, maintaining good communication ethics. Evaluate suppliers based on the results of communication and assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Problem Solving: Identify and define problems clearly, understand their causes, and select effective solutions. Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and maintain communication to prevent similar problems from occurring again, taking ownership of the problem.
- Market Analysis and Vendor Selection: Analyze market prices and company needs to select vendors that provide services and prices in line with the company's targets.
- Preferebly Accounting, Management, economics, but not limited to.
- Min 2 years
- Proficient in Excel & Data Analytics
