Requirements :

• 1 – 2 years experience in a Purchasing role, including data entry
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• Strong understanding of Purchasing principles and processes
• Analytical and have the ability to solve purchasing and inventory-related problems
• Good English (Spoken and Written)
• Proactive, highly motivated and flexible
• Experienced with MS Office including Word and Excel
• Highly organized

Job Description :

• Raise Purchase Orders in line with business rules and ensure Purchase Orders are approved in line with business rules
• Coordinate with the production team to evaluate the needs and purchase miscellaneous components to meet the production deadlines
• Maintain up-to-date records of all purchased products, delivery schedules, and invoices to facilitate seamless operations and financial transparency, Drive continuous improvement across the Purchasing process Establish and follow up purchasing related KPI
