Job Description :
Contract length: 12 months
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Handling orders, request, inquiry, complaint from customer and agent by email
- Create sales order in ERP system and sending order confirmation to the customer
- Chasing payment to the customer and coordinate with agents
- Follow up orders to the production and warehouse team
- Handling return/ swap process from customer
- Update ATS stock at broker's warehouse in daily basis
- Update and resizing picture of new collection in website JOOR and DEAR
- Education : Bachelor Degree in any field
- Excellent communication skills, confidence, the heart for service, team spirit, fast learner. multitasking
- Refined verbal and written communication skills in english
- Proficient knowledge of computer applications (Ms. Excel, ms. word, ms. power point)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in fashion/ manufacture would be a plus
- At least 2 years administrative experience required
- Can join immediately
Contract length: 12 months
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Badung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
