What can you expect?
- Build strong year plan to deliver the annual quaker sales volume target.
- To manage end-to-end Marketing for Quaker Brand Portfolio in Indonesia by executing winning brand activation programs working closely with the Commercial and Marketing Lead.
- To translate Quaker brand strategies into well-defined Channel & Category programs & activities to support the achievement of volume growth and share ambition & bring to life Pepsi Co’s in-store picture of success per channel, per product category
- Grow Volume and Distribution
- Build strong year plan to deliver the annual sales volume target of Quaker which include trade activities related and distribution drive initiatives.
- Facilitate building of Joint Business Plans (JBP) and Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and align with internal team to ensure flawless planning and execution.

Assume overall responsibilities for Quaker
- Be fully engaged from the initial stage of deal for local customer pitch (preparing for bidding proposals and participating in bidding together with Quaker Commercial Head)
- Keep building up strong relationship by wiring with the key customers during the whole contract period to extend the contract.
- Improve Quaker brand visibilities in key customers working together with Head of Trade Marketing
- Marketing Campaign Development and Execution
- Development of communications and content around Quaker brands that influence consumer behavior. Coordinate advertising development, from identification of consumer insight to testing of final assets and deployment. Also, localize any global/regional content which is available and meets the brand’s strategic imperative by working closely with Marketing Head
- Leading the 360 Marketing Implementation (ATL, Digital , BTL/Activation ) in daily basis
- Leading the A&M Budget and MFAR Management: Recommend proper A&M budget based on AOP initiatives to Marketing Head /CDT. Execute Monthly MFAR Tracking to check total spending progress vs plan and budget.
- Develop and manage Media Plans and work with agencies to deliver highest efficiency based on Marketing Objective by working closely with marketing head. Strive to deliver higher Working A&M.
- Monitor Trade Promotion Executing Plans
- Led the process of developing a Promotional Calendar which drives profit accretive incremental growth for Quaker Portfolio by utilizing local agencies and partners. Ensure the execution of the calendar on time & In-Full.
- Conduct pre & post-execution evaluation of promotions, recommend correction action to Sales manager, and communicate the final result to the field for improvement actions
- Comply with PEP control processes for Trade Spends
- Collect and provide the promotion results (sales results and feedback) to CDT to improve future plans
- Shopper Marketing: Develop shopper activities to increase baseline sales over previous years. Manage the development of merchandising strategy/direction, including permanent POSM (point-of-sales material) display recommendations, and planogram solutions in line with POP Vision & Objectives and brand vision & objectives working closely of Head of TM & Head of Marketing/CDT
- Tracking Sales Promotion results with Distributor
- Review sales progress vs objective in monthly internal team meetings of the assigned channel by collecting sales data once a month.
- Collect/share customer/distributor feedback and market intelligence in MU weekly/monthly meetings and propose necessary actions to take.
- Provide the reports/data requested by the region or leaders.
- Leverage, activate and align business objectives with Quaker Commercial Lead to achieve the goal.
- Build relationship
- Engage with Distributor and TOP Priority Customer
- Ability to work in matrix organization – internal/external stakeholder
- KPI Measurement : NR, Vol , Market Share , ND/WD , BHT , Penetration %
- University degree, Marketing/Business degree is a preference
- 7 years relevant work experience in an FMCG environment
- Knowledge of Marketing Fundamentals is a must (Brand Communications, Brand Strategy, Innovations, Media Planning, Insights Mining, and etc.)
- Analytical Skills - Can work comfortably with numbers and developing assumptions based on findings and ability to work with ambiguity
- Project Management - Can develop and manage overall project plans (identifying & monitoring resources: budget and people) ensuring seamless implementation
- Communication Skills - Can present data/insights in clear, concise and impactful way (crafting of presentation decks and articulating research findings); Attains alignment from key stakeholders
- Exhibits agility and ability to work with different individuals exerting good organization impact with confidence.
- Quick at making decisions and giving direction/focus
- Have the ability to work & collabs with external /internal stakeholders
- Comfortable in fluid/ambiguous and dynamic situations
- Strong negotiator and people person
- Fluent in English and Microsoft
