Responsibilities
Pay: From Rp45,000.00 per month
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers and decision-makers in modern trade channels (supermarkets, hypermarkets, retail chains).
- Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and promotional activities in key outlets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements with modern trade partners.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company, tracking performance regularly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and merchandising strategies.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor product performance, competitor activity, and stock levels.
- Provide regular feedback and reporting on sales performance, market trends, and customer insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, logistics, marketing) to ensure timely product delivery and stock availability.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the modern trade sector.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
- Knowledge of market dynamics and consumer behavior in modern trade.
- Flexible, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with reporting tools and sales tracking systems.
Pay: From Rp45,000.00 per month
