Quality Assurance Analyst, Panjang Factory

Be a force for good with Nestlé Indonesia by playing the role as Quality Assurance Analyst you will play an important role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and food safety. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring Nestlé's Good Manufacturing Practices (NGMP) and ensuring compliance with safety and quality protocols. Your role will involve conducting inspections, managing sampling programs, and coordinating with the pest control team to maintain a clean and safe production environment.
A day of life of….
- Conduct inspections and observations to ensure NGMP implementation.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the production area.
- Oversee and coordinate microbiological sampling programs.
- Manage and supervise the operations of the cleaning team and pest control.
- Ensure accurate reporting and documentation in SAP, Excel, and other systems.
- Actively participate in safety compliance and BBS (Behavior-Based Safety) programs.
What will make you successful?
- Diploma 3 in Chemistry, Food Technology, Pharmacy/Medical Analysis, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of operational experience.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications (SAP, MS Office, Power Apps, etc.).
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, and Aseptic Techniques.
