Job Descriptions & Responsibilities:

• Receive phone calls and forward to related departments or company management.
• Provide information via phone call if someone asks about products or services from the company.
• Welcome arriving guests and direct information related to the purpose of arrival.
• Receive and forward incoming mail.
• Manage simple records related to reception administration.
• Assist other divisions with administrative work.

Qualifications:

• Female, Max. 24 y.o.
• Minimum education D3/S1 All Major (Last semester student may apply)
• Communicative, Neat, Good Looking
• Able to communicate in English (verbal & non verbal)
• Able to work shift on Sunday
• Have strong interest in Art (especially painting)
• Experienced in attending or holding an Art Exhibition/Gallery
