KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Input reservation details into the system (accommodation. transport and flight details)
• Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers
• Sending the availability of accommodation or transportation to supplier/hotels
• Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations to hotel/supplier
• Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process
• Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1-2 Years’ experience as reservation, data entry, or related area experience.
• Fluent in English written & Spoken
• Good numeracy skills
• High attention to detail
• Good understanding of reservations processes and procedures
• Familiar with OTAs, B2B, Extranet
