Responsibilities
Language:
- Deliver the highest level of customer service to all guests
- Manage incoming reservation inquiries (OTA, offline travel agents, phone, email)
- Provide information to guests regarding amenities, availability, rates, and policies
- Handle cancellations, modifications, no shows and guest’s special requests
- Communicate with guests prior to arrival, during stay, and after stay on all platforms
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfil requests and ensure smooth Operations
- Maintain organized records of reservations, guest preferences, and special requests
- Reconcile payments correctly and help reporting weekly revenue productivity
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team to promote properties and attract guests
- Assist in the implementation of promotional offers and packages to drive bookings
- Monitor reservation trends and occupancy levels to maximize revenue opportunities
- Positive personality
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional customer service skills (friendly, professional, and diplomacy)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility in responding to guests online (including evenings and weekends)
- Fluent in English
- Microsoft Office & data-entry proficiency
- Previous experience in related positions is a plus
