Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of customer service to all guests
• Manage incoming reservation inquiries (OTA, offline travel agents, phone, email)
• Provide information to guests regarding amenities, availability, rates, and policies
• Handle cancellations, modifications, no shows and guest’s special requests
• Communicate with guests prior to arrival, during stay, and after stay on all platforms
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues or complaints in a timely manner
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfil requests and ensure smooth Operations
• Maintain organized records of reservations, guest preferences, and special requests
• Reconcile payments correctly and help reporting weekly revenue productivity
• Collaborate with sales and marketing team to promote properties and attract guests
• Assist in the implementation of promotional offers and packages to drive bookings
• Monitor reservation trends and occupancy levels to maximize revenue opportunities

• Flexibility in responding to guests online (including evenings and weekends)

• Microsoft Office & data-entry proficiency
• Previous experience in related positions is a plus
