Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Job Type: Full-Time, Contract
Overview: The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of Pavilion restaurant at American Club Jakarta. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and leadership skills in restaurant to ensure the smooth functioning of the restaurant operation. Schedule is flexible but will be 40 hours per week on site in South Jakarta.
Responsibilities:
1. Restaurant Management
· Supervise daily restaurant operations, including dining service, bar operations, and special events.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and food handling procedures.
· Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage beverage costs to maximize profitability.
· Implement strategies to enhance the dining experience and exceed customer expectations.
· Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menus, including daily specials and seasonal offerings.
· Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to inform menu planning.
· Set menu prices and monitor sales performance to optimize profitability and customer value.
2. Customer Service
· Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction, address complaints, and resolve any issues promptly.
3. Event Coordination
· Plan and support club F&B events and special programs, coordinating with relevant staff members and external vendors as needed.
· Ensure physical spaces, technology, and other infrastructure considerations are factored in to all event plans.
4. Health and Safety Compliance
· Review, assess, and refine safety and hygiene protocols in line with local regulations to ensure the well-being of members, staff, and guests.
5. Collaboration
· Liaise with other departments within the club, such as marketing, member services, finance, food and beverage, and sports to achieve overall organizational goals and objectives.
6. Continuous Improvement
· Identify areas for improvement in F&B area, policies, and procedures.
· Develop innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and member experience.
Specific objectives and revenue targets will be provided during the onboarding process.
Qualifications:

•     Proven experience in restaurant, preferably in a sports club or similar environment.
•     Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
•     Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
•     A minimum of conversant level English language skills
•     Proficiency in restaurant POS and MS Office.
•     Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
