Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the restaurant team, including chefs, waiters and other staff.
- Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and meet high standards.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including ordering supplies, scheduling staff, and controlling costs.
- Create a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Collaborate with other management teams to achieve business goals.
- Education in hospitality or restaurant management.
- At least 3 years of experience as a restaurant manager.
- Experience working in a club or entertainment environment is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
- Good communication skills and customer oriented.
