Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Perform guest check-in and check-out efficiently.
- Provide information about hotel facilities and the surrounding area.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests quickly and effectively.
- Address guest concerns and complaints with satisfactory solutions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, front office, and restaurant teams to ensure smooth service.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, especially in the front office.
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and in different shifts.
- Knowledge of computer systems and hotel software.
