Retail / Shop Manager
CONTRACT

- Oversee daily operations of retail outlets within the resort, ensuring smooth functionality.
- Allocate tasks and guide retail staff to maximize performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage stock levels, inventory, and purchasing within the budget.
- Address customer complaints and provide solutions to maintain the store’s reputation.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to forecast future trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Marketing) to organize in-store events and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal regulations in the retail environment.
- Proven experience as a Retail Manager, preferably in a resort or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and retail operations.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with retail management software and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, with a focus on meeting sales goals and optimizing costs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Contract length: 12 months
