Klara Cosmetics is on the lookout for a dynamic and visionary leader to join our team as the Sales and Marketing Director. As a brand that's passionate about beauty and innovation, we're seeking someone who can drive our growth and establish our presence in Bali.
Position Overview: The Sales and Marketing Director will spearhead the overall sales and marketing strategy of Klara Cosmetics in Bali. This role is essential in building the brand's presence, driving revenue growth, and leading a dynamic team to achieve the company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Craft and implement innovative marketing strategies that align with our company's goals and elevate our brand in the market.
- Lead and Inspire Teams: Oversee and motivate our sales and marketing teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities, understand industry trends, and stay ahead of competitors.
- Product Collaboration: Work closely with product development teams to ensure our offerings meet customer needs and market demands.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers, ensuring long-term success.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales and marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Budget Management: Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Brand Positioning: Develop and implement strategies to position Klara Cosmetics as a leading brand in the beauty industry.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to create and execute long-term strategies that drive growth and innovation.
- Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a focus on inspiring and developing talent.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities, with a focus on interpreting data and making informed decisions.

- Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing and sales strategies that drive growth.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
- Relationship Building: Experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
