- Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the buying or selling process.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through networking, marketing, and lead generation activities.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective buyers, showcasing properties and highlighting their features and benefits.
- Negotiation: Handle negotiations between buyers and sellers, aiming to reach agreements that satisfy all parties.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about the local real estate market, including trends, pricing, and competition, to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Contract Management: Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure they are accurate and comply with relevant regulations.
- Property Listings: Create and manage property listings on various platforms, including real estate websites, social media, and print media.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, including sales figures, client interactions, and market trends.
- Bachelor degree in related field ( preferred )
- Experience min. 2 years
- Strong network of high net worth individuals.
- Ability to work independently & as part of a teams
- Proven track record in Luxury real estate sales
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the Luxury real estate market in Bali and potentially internationally.
- English is must
