• Proven track record in both inbound and outbound sales.
• Experience in both B2C and B2B consumer goods and product sales.
• Previous experience leading a sales team.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Backgrounds in wellness, lifestyle, or luxury brands are highly advantageous.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
