A Hospitality Group Company seeks a dedicated Corporate Lawyer to join our client's team in Uluwatu, Bali.
Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant Indonesian laws, including those governing F&B, hospitality, and tax regulations.
• Review, draft, and manage internal and external agreements, licenses, and corporate documents.
• Monitor government regulations and provide proactive advice on changes that may impact our outlets.
• Maintain strong awareness of regulatory updates and industry developments to ensure the company’s strategic alignment and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with the finance and operations teams to ensure legal adherence across all areas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law; certification in corporate or commercial law is a plus.
• Proven experience as a corporate lawyer within the F&B and hospitality sectors, ideally for a company with multiple outlets.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian law, including corporate, licensing, and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
