Job Description
- Drive business growth within the SEA region by leveraging on the existing customer portfolio and expanding the distribution network.
- Develop and execute sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve company`s objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to boost market share.
- Cultivate and manage strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment of customers` requirements.
- Provide insights on market trends, competitive dynamics, and opportunities to enhance customer value.
- Generate regular reports on customers performance, plans, and sales strategies.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, consistently embodying company values.
- Adhere to organizational policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in sales, ideally in industrial sales.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and leadership capabilities to thrive independently.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional SEA spoken language is advantageous.
- Basic proficiency in computer skills, including Office applications.
- Willingness and enthusiasm to travel regularly across the SEA region
