Job Description :
1. Actively pursue new business opportunities in IP Licensing
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients especially for toddler and kids events
3. Present and promote our services to potential clients
4. Ability to adapt of changing client needs and market condition
5. Ability to identify client challenges and provide tailored situations
6. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company goals
Qualification :
1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business/Communication
2. Proven track record in sales, preferably in marketing, advertising, or related field for toddler and kids events
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey brand stories and values
4. Ability to negotiate contract and close deals
5. Ability to present ideas and proposals clearly and persuasively
6. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools including social media, SEO, and content marketing
