Sales and Marketing Executive
Badung: Earth Island Surf Centre
Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the restaurant's offerings, driving sales growth, and enhancing brand visibility. This role includes developing marketing strategies, building relationships with customers, and collaborating with various teams to achieve sales targets and ensure a memorable dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Development:
- Identify potential clients and new business opportunities, including events, catering, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive repeat business.
- Conduct sales presentations and tastings for potential clients, focusing on menu offerings.
2. Market Research:
- Perform market analysis to identify dining trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Gather customer feedback and reviews to improve menu items and service offerings.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies based on research findings aimed at attracting new customers.
3. Marketing Execution:
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and local advertising.
- Coordinate promotional activities, events, and partnerships to enhance the restaurant's visibility in the community.
- Create engaging marketing materials such as menus, flyers, social media posts, and website content.
4. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the culinary team to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect current menus and promotions.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure consistency in customer service and brand messaging.
- Provide regular feedback to management and staff regarding customer responses and market trends.
5. Sales Reporting:
- Track and report on sales performance, including revenue from promotions and events.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance metrics to management for strategic decision-making.
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and manage relationships effectively.
6. Customer Service:
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and promptness, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide support during events or promotional activities, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Follow up with guests post-dining experience to gather feedback and encourage return visits.
7. Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance sales and marketing skills.
- Contribute ideas to improve restaurant operations, menu offerings, and overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software and CRM systems.
