- Provide Bancassurance Division Performance Reports & Data, especially related to KPI monitoring and Sales Performance (weekly, monthly and annually) for Sales Team, Bank Partners and Allianz Management
- Maintain Bancassurance report dashboard related to design report, data integration, user experience optimization, and provide in-dept analysis
- Automation of Banca Reports & Data: Make sure every data and report is produced automated, and maintain delivery of scheduled report to all internal Banca Team and other stakeholder.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree.

Have more than 8 years experience in sales insurance industry, especially in sales performance reporting area

Strong skills and ability in Web programming (Ajax, Java, j Query, PHP, HTML5, CSS etc); Data engineering (Oracle, Postgre SQL, Maria DB , ETL processes, Python; and Excel (including advanced functions and VBA), SQL, and data visualization tools.

Have strong ability to drive projects, leading others and communicate proactively
