• Diploma or Bachelor's degree.

• Have more than 8 years experience in sales insurance industry, especially in sales performance reporting area

• Strong skills and ability in Web programming (Ajax, Java, j Query, PHP, HTML5, CSS etc); Data engineering (Oracle, Postgre SQL, Maria DB , ETL processes, Python; and Excel (including advanced functions and VBA), SQL, and data visualization tools.

• Have strong ability to drive projects, leading others and communicate proactively

• Excellent organizational, oral, and written communications skills
