Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from clients to identify SAP solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP modules (particularly in any of the following modules such as FICO, MM, SD, PM, PPQM, Success Factors or other SAP modules) to meet specific business needs.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications for SAP implementations.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and end-users.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP systems.
• Assist in testing and quality assurance activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and integration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP Functional Consultant with a strong understanding in any of the following modules such as SAP FICO, MM, SD, PM, PPQM, Success Factors. Experience in other SAP modules is also welcomed.
• End to end SAP implementation experience
• In-depth knowledge of SAP best practices and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of industry-specific best practices (e.g., manufacturing, retail, finance).
• Certification in relevant SAP modules.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
