Team and Role Introduction:

Responsibilities:
1、Lead and manage a team of merchandisers to ensure the effective execution of category strategies and product assortment for Laz Global.
2、Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including suppliers, to source and negotiate the best deals, ensuring competitive pricing and product availability.
3、Analyze market trends, customer data, and sales performance to identify opportunities for growth and optimize product offerings.
4、Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, fostering a collaborative partnership to drive innovation and improve product performance.
5、Oversee the product lifecycle, from planning to launch, ensuring timely and accurate execution across all platforms.
6、Implement category-specific marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
7、Monitor inventory levels and work with logistics to ensure stock availability and minimize stock outs or overstock situations.
8、Manage category performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
1、Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2、Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
3、Solid understanding of supply chain management, category management, and product lifecycle processes.
4、Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
5、Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
6、Experience working with data analytics tools to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning.
7、Fluent in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
8、Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
