Senior Compliance Officer

Job Description:
As a Senior Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the compliance program within our organization. Your role will involve developing and implementing policies, conducting regular audits, and ensuring that all employees are aware of and adhere to compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Government Relation
- Review prevailing regulations & provide gap analysis
- Review & identify internal policy for regulation alignment
- Regulatory reporting to government system (monthly, annual)
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Compliance Officer or Compliance Manager.
- 2 to 3 years experience in Fintech Industry
- Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations.
- Outstanding communication and integrity
- In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations.
- Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record-keeping.
- Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities.
- An analytical mind able to “see” the complexities of procedures and regulations.
- BSc/BA in law, finance, business administration, or a related field.
Contract length: 12 months
