Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mobile development using the Flutter framework, along with the ability to lead projects, mentor junior developers, and work collaboratively to deliver robust, scalable applications.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of advanced applications for mobile platforms using Flutter.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive Flutter code.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs to improve application performance.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development and Flutter.
Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in mobile development with at least 2 years of experience in Flutter.
Strong proficiency in Dart programming language.
Deep understanding of Flutter’s core principles, architecture, and best practices.
Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and APIs.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle, including automated testing and building.
Experience in deploying apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with native mobile development in Android (Java/Kotlin) or i OS (Swift/Objective-C).
Familiarity with state management solutions like Provider, Get X, or Bloc.
Experience with Firebase and other cloud-based services.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Understanding of UI/UX design principles and experience working closely with designers.
