- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as an HR Manager in at least a Series A startup.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing and hiring.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees, providing necessary training and resources.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and support.
- Implement strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues.
- Conduct performance reviews and develop improvement plans when necessary.
- Manage the disciplinary process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Handle terminations with professionalism and sensitivity.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
