Job Responsibilities
- Assist Lead Process Engineering in the development of process simulations, PFD’s, P&ID’s, equipment/line sizing, SAFE charts and all other process documentation required by other engineering disciplines. This also includes specification of all process equipment and systems.
- Ensure that design in all areas of responsibilities in accordance with the Basis of Design, Company HSE and quality standards and relevant codes and specifications.
- Assist with the preparation of maintenance and sparing plans for the production phase.
- Check prints engineering deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Chemical) or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of experience in the same position.
- Strong technical/ engineering skills in a multi-discipline arena with a thorough knowledge of applicable Codes and Standards.
- Knowledge of mechanical equipment and manufacturers and system suppliers, including the design, specification, manufacturing, testing, installation, hookup, commissioning and start-up of major gas turbine driven compression and power generation equipment.
- Must be computer literate (Ms Office, HYSYS, pipesim, pipenet, PHAST, OLGA, Ledaflow, Flarenet).
- The candidate is expected to be well versed with contemporary computer software used for process simulation and familiar with API, ASME and relevant Standards and design codes.
