Responsibilities :
1. Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
2. Create and curate high-quality content across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok,, etc.).
3. Colaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader campaigns.
4. Engage with folowers, respond to comments/messages promptly, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
5. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results.
6. Stay informed about industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
7. Utilize social media advertising tools to target specific demographics, promote events, and special offers, and optimize ad performance.
8. Colaborate with other departments to align social media efforts with overal marketing strategies and business objectives.
Qualifications :
1. Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
2. Strong content creation ski ls, including photography, video editing, and graphic design basics.
3. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics
4. Excelent written and verbal communication ski ls, with the ability to create compe ling and persuasive content.
5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
6. Familiarity with photography and video editing tools/software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
7. Creative mindset with a passion for storyte ling and brand-building.
8. Experience with influencer marketing and co laborations.
9. Knowledge of digital advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) is a plus.
