SOUS CHEF / Sr. SOUS CHEF
ROLE:
As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in the kitchen's daily operations, assisting in the menu development, staff management, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Collaborate in menu creation and kitchen management assist in the smooth running of the kitchen.
· Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to culinary standards.
· Manage food purchasing, inventory, and cost control.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Fluent in English with a culinary degree or equivalent qualification.
· Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in high-end or fine dining establishments.
· Strong leadership skills and experience in staff training.
