ASST. RESTAURANT MANAGER IN UBUD
New and exciting Restaurant and Bar in Bali, looking for a positive, goal-driven and well-rounded in Operational. We are welcoming who are up to the challenge to run their team and make it the best Restaurant and Bar in Ubud.
Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experiences as Supervisor or Assitant Manager in F&B
Have an excellent communication, presentation, leadership skills (proactive and passionate in working with and leading a team)
Able to communicate and report to owners and all respectable parties
Have a flexible approach to working hours, and the ability to plan and manage time effectively
Motivated, self-driven, strategic thinker, strong conceptual thinker and target oriented
Service-minded and guest-oriented, have a strong interest in current F&B trend
Computer literacy, good in reading and analyzing data and knowledge in computer software programs like Microsoft Office & Excel, Google Business, POS (both front-end and back-end), etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication
Fluent in English (able to speak any other languages is a plus)
Strong leadership skill, ability to spot and resolve problem, decision making, interpersonal skill and can work under pressure
Proven track record in training, making training manual and programs

Job Responsibilities

Motivate and nurture a positive work environment and culture
Manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar to maintain enjoyable guest experience
Oversee stock and inventory management, minimizing waste
Responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance the business profitability
Establish targets, KPIs, schedules, policies and procedures
Collaborate with Operation Manager and Head Chef to improve F&B offer or promotion, and making necessary improvements that would boost brand awareness and profitability.
Ensure all teams comply with all health and safety regulations
Maintain the quality of services across the restaurant
Develop, organize, implement, assess, and enhance the staff training program
Cover all aspects of training, such as product knowledge, customer service, and service excellence within the training program
Effectively communicate and coordinate with the HR & Head department on staff performance
Improve and maintain relationships with suppliers
