Work you will do
- Primary Point of Contact: Serve as a first point of contact for mobility-related inquiries, offering guidance on end-to-end Indonesia’s immigration and work authorization processes, and other cross-border requirements.
- Visa and Work Permit Management: Conduct independent research, assessments, and provide guidance on appropriate visas, work permits, and related protocols for foreign employees.
- End-to-End Application Management: Manage the complete lifecycle of business/entry visa and work permit applications including SKJ, ITAS, and KITAS applications for resources inbound to Indonesia and coordinate with relevant HR teams and immigration vendors.
- Compliance Monitoring: Maintain and report on immigration statuses, including new applications, renewals, cancellation, and related activities. Identify and address compliance risks, proactively communicating updates to stakeholders.
- Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed of Indonesian immigration policies, regulatory changes, and analyze impacts. Communicate necessary changes to the broader mobility team and other stakeholders as required.
- Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date central database of immigration requirements and processes, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Track and document all cross-border movements, ensuring accurate and thorough records throughout each move lifecycle.
- Metrics and Reporting: Compile and present regular metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve immigration processes.
- Administrative Support: Provide end-to-end support throughout the employment lifecycle, from pre-relocation to repatriation.
- Operational Excellence: Assist in ad hoc projects to enhance policies and processes, striving for continuous improvement.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to support cross-border mobility needs effectively.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in mobility, HR, or a related field, with specific knowledge and experience in Indonesian immigration processes, including SKJ, ITAS, KITAS, and business/work permit applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Experience in a client service environment or consulting experience.
- Familiarity with immigration processes, visa applications, and work permits for Indonesia and for SEA Countries is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to handle regulatory changes effectively.
- Ability to work effectively, both independently and as a member of a team.
- Strong organizational and monitoring skills.
- Independent, meticulous and maintain high level of professionalism.
