Stockpile Operations Manager

Job Description :
-
Ensure the Stockpile Supervisor carries out daily operational activities at the stockpile in accordance with company standards.
-
Monitor and ensure the quality control of the palm kernel shells is in place and implemented from the mills, stockpile, during transport until the vessel, to ensure the standard of quality and fulfilment of contracts are met
-
Oversee a team of stockpile operators and maintenance staffs/vendors to ensure the availability of stockpile operations
-
Monitor and ensure the equipment and facilities required for operations are available and meet CBB's standard of quality
-
Monitor and ensure cost efficient stockpile operations
-
Arrange and monitor the smooth and efficient schedule and delivery of the palm kernel shells from the mills to stockpile until the vessels
-
Liaise and negotiate the terms and conditions of contracts with vendors, which include transporters, barge suppliers, stevedoring, heavy equipment suppliers
-
Monitor and ensure cost efficient transportation and shipment

Monitor and ensure the availability of palm kernel shells at stockpiles to support export requirements in accordance with CBB's monthly plan and budget.

Supervise logistics Ass Mgt in implementing monitoring systems and designing monitoring tools for incoming trucks and hauling work in the Stockpile
-
To ensure the equipment in the Stockpile are maintained regularly so that it can be used during the shipment.

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent
-
Having min 10 years of working experience in Stockpile Operations

Good communications in English
-
Good in analytical thinking
-
Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta
